DigiPass had a strong presence and contribution to the 17th International Symposium on Flexible Organic Electronics (ISFOE24) that took place at the NANOTEXNOLOGY 2024 multievent, in 29/6-7/7/2024 in Thessaloniki, Greece. The project coordinator N. Konchakova provided a Plenary presentation of the DigiPass to the Workshop on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Intelligent Manufacturing and Automation, whereas P. Klein presented an Invited presentation with an overview of the EU activities on digitalizing innovative advanced materials to support the European Green and Digital Transition.

Materials Week 2024

DigiPass had a strong presence and contribution to the Materials Week event organized at Limassol, Cyprus, with the presentation of the project by the coordinator, N. Konchakova together with P. Klein , as well as by the organization of a Special Session and Fishbowl discussion with title “Catalyzing the green & digital transition for innovative advanced materials and products leveraged by the EU DigiPass coordination action”. These activities have strongly contributed to the promotion of the project and its establishment as a core activity in EU level as a strong contributor for the digitalization of advanced materials and products.

Moreover, the project contributed to the discussion of the activities for the digitization of the materials infrastructure in Europe, presented by Sophia Fantechi and Wide Hogenhout. Additionally, Victoria Petrova from HADEA contributed to the DigiPass related session presented the Funding Opportunities for Advanced Materials Development Communities.

Representatives from the DigiPass consortium have participated to the conference to discuss with academic, research and industrial stakeholders and policy makers about the project goals and prospects. These include F. Pirker, S. Belouettar, and P. Klein. Moreover, the consortium partners discussed with EMMC and EMCC members, members of SSbD projects the cooperation possibilities. read more
