Tasks:
• Climate data analysis focusing on water management-climate interactions
• Preparing CWatM and enabling its coupling to REMO
• Project coordination and supervision

• PhD focussing on convective processes over sea ice at the Alfred-Wegener-Institut / University of Bremen

Research interests:
• Exchange processes between the atmospheric boundary layer and the underlying surface - over irrigated fields, vegetation in rain forests or sea ice

Tasks:
• Model development of the regional climate model REMO: implementation of irrigation schemes
• Coupling of REMO with the hydrological model CWatM
• Model tuning and testing

• Education in Climate Change Studies (M.Sc.) at the University of Copenhagen
• Master thesis on the consistency between observed atmospheric winter variability and weather anomalies in the North Atlantic region

Research interests:
• Changing ecohydrological systems in the midst of global change and implications for regional water management

Tasks:
• Analysing global changes in green and blue water resources using Earth system models (CMIP6)
• Performing sensitivity analyses considering scenario selection, land use changes and increasing CO2 impacts

• Understanding the dynamics of climate-social interactions for robust climate change adaptation

• Investigating the interactions between regional climate systems and human water use under climate change scenarios
• Assessing uncertainties and analyzing sensitivities to different climate-water model assumptions, inputs and forcing data sets
