PatentPen is perfectly adapted to the European patent system and allows you to handle case in the three official EPO languages English, French, and German. Intuitive user interface
Operating PatenPen is a breeze. Upload your invention report and generate a first draft of a claim set in a few minutes by pushing a single button. Alternatively, you can already upload a claim set as well as diverse additional information. PatentPen will check your claim set for compliance with EPO guidelines. Once you are satisfied with your claim set, you can generate a description again by pushing a single button in just a few minutes. PatentPen can also deal with figures, figure descriptions, and references. A chat interface allow you leveraging powerful AI to refine your patent draft before exporting it as a Word document.
Data protection and IT security
PatentPen is deveoped at the renowned Helmholtz Center Hereon. It is developed in Europe for Europe and thus an important contribution towards digital sovereignty of Europe. Data are processed on servers in the EU only and in agreement with EU regulations, using encrypted data transfer and state-of-the-art IT security. None of your data entered during patent drafting will be stored permanently, and they will not be used for training AI models or developing PatentPen. In fact, your data is even exempt from the otherwise mandatory EU abuse monitoring. This way, we ensure maximum privacy and security for your data.
