The Coastal Research Centre of the Lower Saxony State Agency for Water Management, Coastal Defence and Nature Conservation, investigates the morphological response of the islands and coastal forelands and is involved in analysing the climate impacts on critical infrastructure and processing information relevant to decision-making for climate adaptation in coastal areas.
